1. Overview

This platform provides a digital system for voucher management, referral distribution, and merchant promotions. By accessing or using this system, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Roles

Users may participate as Admin, Merchant, Referral, or Member. Each role must comply with the intended use of the system.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Voucher Usage

Vouchers are issued by merchants and are subject to their individual conditions. We do not guarantee:

  • availability of vouchers
  • merchant acceptance in exceptional cases
  • uninterrupted validity
5. Referral System & Abuse

Referral users must not engage in spam, fake account creation, or manipulation of voucher collection.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit voucher distribution
  • revoke allocations
  • suspend or terminate accounts
6. Reward & Points Disclaimer

Referral points are for internal tracking only and:

  • have no cash value
  • are non-transferable
  • may be modified or removed at any time
7. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants must provide accurate information and honor valid vouchers. Misuse may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities
  • fraudulent activity
  • system abuse or exploitation
  • unauthorized access attempts
  • misuse of referral system
9. Service Availability (As-Is)

This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Free Plan / Beta Disclaimer

If any features are provided free or under testing conditions, they may be changed, limited, or removed without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • merchant disputes
  • loss of data
  • business interruption
  • indirect or consequential damages
12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
